Use the chart to the right to find your UK cup size from the difference in inches or cm between your fullest bust measurement and your underbust measurement.įor example, if your underbust measurement is 31 inches, and your fullest bust measurement is 39 inches, the difference is 8 inches, meaning your cup is FF according to the chart to the right. 31 inches rounds up to a band size of 32 inches, so your bra size is a 32FF. To do this, take your fullest bust measurement and subtract your ORIGINAL underbust measurement. Now that you know your band size, you can calculate your cup size. If you measure 30.5 inches, your band size is 30. If you are less than 0.5 inches above any of those numbers, you will round DOWN.įor example, if your underbust measurement is 31 inches, your band size is 32.
