Reset the permissions later to allow only you full rights to this directory. In Silverlight there are 3 main ways of accessing files: OpenFileDialog and SaveFileDialog This is the most flexible of all the file access options as this can be used by any Silverlight application running at any permission level.
SILVERLIGHT DIALOG BOX INSTALL
Although giving permission to Everyone is undesirable, I’d recommend trying this to install Silverlight if no other method works. If you cannot find your username in that dialog box or if all check boxes aren’t ticked, click on Edit - Add - type your username (or optionally type “Everyone” without double quotes) and hit Enter and tick all boxes. and notice the permissions at the bottom. Then, go back one level to C:\Users\\AppData\Local, right click Temp and click Properties.
